Hospitals need constant power to ensure patient safety. Should there be an outage they rely on Saft cutting-edge batteries to deliver the vital backup power for their critical equipment, such as operating theaters and intensive-care systems or emergency lighting. Our batteries are ideal for cranking up an emergency generator engine – thanks to their high discharge capabilities and the ability to recover their voltage instantaneously.

Saft's nickel battery solutions are very robust, offer easy installation and optimized availability. Unlike lead-acid batteries, which are prone to sudden death, they are extremely reliable and long-lasting, with a life expectancy of more than 20 years.
